This CD is aimed at two specific populations however it could used for all people who love music.

EARLY INTERVENTION

This CD has been designed with babies and pre school aged children in mind, to do music with their parents or carers.  It has songs to encourage bonding, body awareness, concept learning, physical and social skills and many more areas of development that are important to begin at this age.

SPECIAL EDUCATION

This CD has been designed with a special focus on children with disabilities to do music in their homes with their families and for teachers to use in their classrooms to run purposeful music sessions for their classes.  Music Therapy is very successful with this population and I wanted to try to be able to let children practise in different environments, the skills they learn and master so easily with music.  I have carefully composed these songs to allow for plenty of response time in activities for groups and children that may need more time without feeling rushed.  Goal areas are outlined in the booklet and encompass Social Skills, Physical Skills, Academic Concepts, Self-Awareness, Listening Skills, Choice and Control and many more.
